We work with trusted service providers who meet our high standards for data protection and security. Below is the current list of subprocessors involved in delivering our services:

  • Location: Dublin, Ireland. Infrastructure based in London, UK and EU region for backup.


    Purpose / Service: Website hosting, data processing, and storage (primary and disaster recovery environments)

    Purpose / Service: Transactional email delivery (e.g., system notifications and communications)

Developer Resourcing

The following providers supply development staff under Responsive Labs’ direct management. All developers operate under Responsive Labs policies and procedures. No personal data is handled or stored on the provider’s infrastructure.

  • Location: United Kingdom (HQ); Developers based in the Philippines

    Purpose / Service: Provision of remote developers. Developers are managed directly by Responsive Labs and do not have access to production environments.

    Purpose / Service: Provision of remote developers. Developers are managed directly by Responsive Labs, use Responsive Labs-managed laptops, and access production systems only under strict access controls and internal policies. No access to decrypted data in production. No data is processed or stored within Starnavi infrastructure.
